We each got a skipping rope each to practice our skipping and the classes each got 1 long rope. We each started to learns some basic skipping skills and learned as a class. We even do this in house time on the courts. We are going to hold a skipathon at the end.
We are all learning different skills, We are even setting goals for how many consecutive skips you can do in a minute and how many overall in a minute.
Hopefully we are all enjoying this experience so far and will help the heart foundation out.
